What is included in a Vino Santo membership?

Your membership unlocks the full library of 94 chef-tested recipes, weekly letters from our head of kitchen, printable meal plans, and a 10 or 20 percent member discount on everything in the store.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

The first 30 days are free. You can cancel any time during the trial from your account page. If you cancel, you will not be charged. Continue past the trial and your chosen plan begins automatically.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Cancel in one click from your account page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not charge cancellation fees.

What is your refund policy on kitchen goods?

Every product ships with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product is not right for your kitchen, email our care team within 30 days and we will refund the full purchase price.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship the store to over 60 countries, with calculated shipping shown at checkout. The recipe membership is digital and available everywhere.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern ship the same business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves our Tampa fulfilment center.

Are recipes available to non-members?

A sample of our recipes is available to anyone. Members get the full library of 94 recipes, weekly new drops, and printable meal plans.

Do I need an account to place a store order?

You can check out as a guest - we will create a free account for you with the same email and password you enter at checkout. This gives you access to your order history and tracking.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are encrypted and processed over SSL.

How are your recipes tested?

Every recipe is cooked at least five times by different members of our kitchen team before it is published. We note variations, substitutions, and the specific equipment we used.

Can I gift a membership?

Yes. Email us at info@vinosantobistro.com with the gift recipient name and email. We will set up a gift membership with a personalised note.
