Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 17, 2026.

Vino Santo Bistro offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every membership and every kitchen good. If the service is not right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your payment in full.

Memberships

Every new membership starts with a 30-day free trial. If you are billed after the trial and decide the club is not for you, email info@vinosantobistro.com within 30 days of the first charge. We will cancel the subscription and refund the most recent payment in full.

Ongoing monthly and annual plans are not pro-rated after the 30-day window. To avoid further charges, cancel from your account page before your next renewal date.

Kitchen goods

All products in the store are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email info@vinosantobistro.com with your order number and a short note explaining what did not work. We will send a prepaid return label.

Perishables, custom items, and consumables

Produce boxes, spice jars that have been opened, and other consumables are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons. If a perishable arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Digital course materials and downloads

Downloadable meal plans, guides, and recipe cards are not refundable once downloaded, with the exception of the 30-day membership guarantee described above.

Email info@vinosantobistro.com from the same email associated with your account, including:

  1. Your order or membership reference number.
  2. Whether you want a refund, replacement, or store credit.
  3. A short note about what went wrong - this helps us improve.
