Roasted Salmon with Salsa Verde

Method

  1. Pat salmon dry, oil and season well.
  2. Roast at 220C for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Blitz parsley, capers, anchovies, garlic, lemon, and oil into salsa verde.
  4. Spoon the salsa over the salmon and serve immediately.
