Roasted Salmon with Salsa Verde
Flaky salmon fillets roasted fast and showered with a punchy herb and caper salsa verde.

Method
- Pat salmon dry, oil and season well.
- Roast at 220C for 10-12 minutes.
- Blitz parsley, capers, anchovies, garlic, lemon, and oil into salsa verde.
- Spoon the salsa over the salmon and serve immediately.
