Classic Antipasto Platter

Method

  1. Bring cured meats and cheese to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
  2. Arrange the meats in loose, overlapping rosettes across a wooden board.
  3. Group the cheeses in clusters and tuck the olives and tomatoes into the gaps.
  4. Scatter basil leaves, slide in grissini, and serve with crusty bread and chilled wine.
