Method
- Bring cured meats and cheese to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
- Arrange the meats in loose, overlapping rosettes across a wooden board.
- Group the cheeses in clusters and tuck the olives and tomatoes into the gaps.
- Scatter basil leaves, slide in grissini, and serve with crusty bread and chilled wine.
