Classic Caesar Salad

Crunchy romaine, parmesan crumbs, and an anchovy-forward dressing done the old-school way.

Method

  1. Mash garlic and anchovies to a paste.
  2. Whisk in yolks, lemon, and oil until emulsified.
  3. Fold in parmesan and a little Worcestershire.
  4. Toss with chopped romaine and finish with croutons and more parmesan.
