Panna Cotta with Salted Caramel

Vanilla panna cotta turned out onto plates and crowned with a fleur de sel caramel.

Method

  1. Heat cream with sugar and vanilla, steep.
  2. Dissolve softened gelatine into the cream, pour into molds.
  3. Chill 4 hours until just set.
  4. Make dark caramel, finish with butter and salt, spoon over the panna cotta.
