Panna Cotta with Salted Caramel
Vanilla panna cotta turned out onto plates and crowned with a fleur de sel caramel.

Method
- Heat cream with sugar and vanilla, steep.
- Dissolve softened gelatine into the cream, pour into molds.
- Chill 4 hours until just set.
- Make dark caramel, finish with butter and salt, spoon over the panna cotta.
