The simplest, silkiest vanilla panna cotta with wild strawberries and balsamic.

Method
- Warm cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add bloomed gelatine, stir gently.
- Divide into molds, chill 4 hours.
- Unmold and serve with strawberries and a drop of balsamic.
