Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatoes and Burrata
Burst cherry tomatoes, spinach, and torn burrata over long spaghetti - a twenty minute weeknight hero.

Method
- Cook spaghetti in well-salted water until al dente.
- Blister cherry tomatoes in olive oil with garlic until they pop.
- Wilt spinach into the tomato pan, season generously.
- Toss pasta with the sauce, plate and top with torn burrata, basil, and a drizzle of oil.
