Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatoes and Burrata

Burst cherry tomatoes, spinach, and torn burrata over long spaghetti - a twenty minute weeknight hero.

Method

  1. Cook spaghetti in well-salted water until al dente.
  2. Blister cherry tomatoes in olive oil with garlic until they pop.
  3. Wilt spinach into the tomato pan, season generously.
  4. Toss pasta with the sauce, plate and top with torn burrata, basil, and a drizzle of oil.
