Method
- Boil linguine to just under al dente.
- Sear shrimp in butter with garlic until pink, remove.
- Deglaze pan with white wine and lemon juice, reduce by half.
- Return shrimp and pasta to the pan, toss with parsley and chili, finish with butter.
