Shrimp Scampi Linguine

Garlic butter, white wine, and lemon coat plump shrimp over linguine - always on the menu.

Method

  1. Boil linguine to just under al dente.
  2. Sear shrimp in butter with garlic until pink, remove.
  3. Deglaze pan with white wine and lemon juice, reduce by half.
  4. Return shrimp and pasta to the pan, toss with parsley and chili, finish with butter.
